Certification of Inspection for Real Estate
We also provide Certifications of Inspection for real estate transactions after a septic pumping. We will inspect your inlet and outlet baffles, your separator wall, your lids, identify cracks or root intrusion on your tank sides and bottom, test your leaching system, do a flow test, and recommend repairs if needed. Please note that a Certification must be accompanied by a septic pumping. Otherwise, without pumping first, we would not have the visibility we need to inspect and test all components of your septic tank.
Locating and Digging Out Lids
We can locate and expose your septic tank lids in preparation for a septic pumping. Most septic pumpers in El Cajon, Alpine, & Lakeside don't like digging, because the soil is hard and the temperature is hot, but we love it! There is an extra fee per hour for this service, however we have the latest technology with a flushable transmitter and a hand-held receiver to make locating quick!
